Supatech Solutions delivers:

  • Within Kenya 

  • To major towns and surrounding areas through courier services, riders, or in-store pickup where applicable


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times:

  • Same-day or next-day delivery – within town / nearby locations

  • 1–3 business days – major towns across Kenya

  • 3–5 business days – remote or outlying areas

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees vary depending on location, package size, and courier

  • The applicable delivery charge will be communicated and confirmed before dispatch

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once dispatch has been made


5. Dispatch & Tracking

  • Customers will be notified once the order has been dispatched

  • Tracking details will be provided where applicable

  • Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer upon successful delivery


6. Customer Availability

  • Customers must ensure they are available at the delivery address provided

  • Additional delivery attempts may attract extra charges

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer may lead to delays or cancellation at the customer’s cost


7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to:

  • Inspect items immediately upon delivery

  • Report any damage, missing items, or incorrect products within 24 hours

  • Claims reported after this period may not be honored


8. Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a delivery is returned due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address details

  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason

The customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges.


9. In-Store Pickup

Where available:

  • Customers may opt for in-store pickup

  • Pickup details and timelines will be communicated after order confirmation

  • Proof of identity or order confirmation may be required


10. Force Majeure

Supatech Solutions shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, or courier disruptions.
