Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy is issued in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 (CAP 46) and applies to all purchases made through Supa Tech Solutions Online Store.


1. Consumer Rights 

Under Kenyan law, consumers have the right to:

  • Receive goods that are of acceptable quality, safe, and fit for purpose

  • Receive goods that match the description provided at the time of sale

  • A repair, replacement, or refund where goods are defective or fail to meet the above standards


2. Return Eligibility

A customer may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product is defective, faulty, or damaged upon delivery

  • The product supplied is different from what was ordered

  • The issue is reported within 7 days from the date of delivery

Conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging where applicable

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except where defective:

  • Customized or personalized products (branding, printing, banners, uniforms)

  • Software, activated licenses, or downloaded digital products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, power surges, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs

  • Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale / Non-Refundable”


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Original payment method (M-Pesa, bank transfer), or

    • Store credit (upon customer agreement)

  • Delivery or transport charges are non-refundable unless the error originated from Supa Tech Solutions


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Any price difference must be settled before the exchange is completed

  • Exchanges follow the same 7-day reporting window


6. Warranty & After-Sales Support

  • Some products carry manufacturer warranties

  • Warranty terms vary by brand and product

  • Supa Tech Solutions will assist customers in processing warranty claims but shall not be liable for manufacturer-related delays


7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The product is defective, or

    • An incorrect item was supplied by Supa Tech Solutions


8. How to Lodge a Complaint or Return Request

Customers should contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return/refund

  • Supporting photos or videos (where applicable)
